Sorry, you do not have access to this content.This has obviously been a tremendous disappointment. The underlying assets still seem somewhat undervalued, however. I would not be surprised if the parent company Morguard takes this one private at some point. While that may give a slight boost to the unit price, it still leaves MRT.UN vulnerable to being taken out at depressed levels. That makes it more of a speculative play than an income play.- Paul Bamford
